The minimum amount for an immediate investment is $90,000. However, it is possible to invest a smaller amount. In this case, the investment may be subject to a waiting period so that BSI can bring together other investors to reach the required amount.

I have no knowledge of construction or real estate. Can I still invest?

Of course. Bali Saudara Investment takes care of everything from A to Z, from administrative procedures to land purchase, from construction to sale. So you don’t have to worry about a thing, your investment works without any special knowledge.

I don't want to tie up my money for too long. What investment timeframes do you offer?

Bali Saudara Investment offers rapid returns on investment. Real estate projects, depending on their size and characteristics, can be completed in between nine and twenty-four months. So, depending on the project you choose, your money will be tied up for between nine and twenty-four months.

This condition will appear on the contract drawn up between you and Bali Saudara Investment.

What are the administrative steps involved in making an investment?

It is very simple. When you decide to invest, a contract, drawn up by a notary, will be signed to guarantee the financial security of each party. The money can then be paid into the Bali Saudara Investment company’s account, starting the process.

What happens when my contract comes to the end? How do I get my investment back?

Before the end of your contract, BSI offers you two solutions:

  • The project in which you have invested has been sold and your capital and interests will be paid to you. Beforehand, BSI will have paid the 20% tax on the profit; the interests received will therefore be net of tax. A receipt for this tax payment will be sent to you.
  • You decide to renew your contract on a new construction, reinvesting your previous capital, with or without interests.
